| Abstract: | Universities are designed to create the leaders for all sectors by strengthening community relationships. The focus on universities as a social agent and institution to assist regional cases is a novel and interesting analysis for higher education management, innovation studies, regional development and economic geography. In chapter 14, the editors clearly conclude the empirical findings in this study to show the macro and micro analysis of the important role of higher education institutions in society to reveal the dynamic process of everyday university-region practice successfully managed and sustained through time.
