| Abstract (English): | A mixed investigation was undertaken with the objective of analyzing the presence of the focus on human rights in the Educational Projects of the Center of 116 Institutes of Secondary Education in Galicia, selected through a stratified sampling. A descriptive analysis of the axial categories associated with each of the human rights descriptors and the content of the explicit references to human rights was carried out. The results revealed that rural environments mention each of the dimensions in their projects to a greater extent than urban centers. Likewise, 34 explicit references to human rights were noted in 3 centers (2.58%); which allude to all the principles of the action plan of the world program for Human Rights education, except for the development of capacities in educational leaders. It is considered necessary to promote the focus on human rights at the secondary level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | Se abordó una investigación mixta con el objetivo de analizar la presencia del enfoque en Derechos Humanos (en adelante, DDHH) en los Proyectos Educativos de Centro de 116 Institutos de Educación Secundaria de Galicia, seleccionados a través de un muestreo estratificado. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo de las categorías axiales asociadas a cada uno de los descriptores de DDHH y de contenido de las referencias explícitas a los DDHH. Los resultados revelaron que los entornos rurales mencionan en mayor medida cada una de las dimensiones en sus proyectos que los centros urbanos. Asimismo, se advirtieron 34 referencias explícitas a los DDHH en 3 centros (2.58 %); las cuales aluden a todos los principios del plan de acción del programa mundial para la educación en DDHH, a excepción del desarrollo de capacidades en responsables educativos. | Abstract (Portuguese): | Foi abordada uma investigação mista com o objetivo de analisar a presença do enfoque nos direitos humanos nos Projetos Educativos do Centro de 116 Institutos de Ensino Secundário da Galiza, selecionados por amostragem estratificada. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva das categorias axiais associadas a cada um dos descritores de direitos humanos e do conteúdo das referências explícitas aos direitos humanos. Os resultados revelaram que as configurações rurais mencionam cada dimensão em maior medida em seus projetos do que os centros urbanos. Da mesma forma, 34 referências explícitas aos direitos humanos foram observadas em 3 centros (2,58%); que aludem a todos os princípios do plano de ação do programa mundial de educação em Direitos Humanos, com exceção do desenvolvimento de capacidades em lideranças educacionais.
