| Abstract (English): | Due to the need to work remotely due to the phenomenon of the pandemic, the training sessions were taken to a virtual field, forcing teachers of all levels and areas to adapt, reinvent themselves and create new strategies that allow them to bring the teaching students to their homes. In physical education and sports activities, the didactic intervention is complex. This article describes the way in which the trainers responsible for the youth soccer groups of the Technological Institute and Higher Studies of Monterrey Campus Toluca (ITESM Toluca) adapted the teaching methods when working virtually and the results obtained in the technical aspects and tactics of the study groups. | Abstract (Spanish): | Debido a la necesidad de trabajar a distancia por el fenómeno de la pandemia, se llevó a las sesiones formativas de entrenamiento a un terreno virtual, obligando a docentes de todos los niveles y áreas a adaptarse, reinventarse y crear nuevas estrategias, que permitan llevar la enseñanza a los estudiantes hasta sus casas. En la educación física y actividades deportivas, la intervención didáctica es compleja. El presente artículo describe la forma en que adecuaron los métodos de enseñanza los formadores responsables de los grupos de fútbol juvenil del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Toluca (ITESM Toluca) al trabajar de manera virtual y los resultados obtenidos en los aspectos técnicos y tácticos de los grupos de estudio.
