Abstract: The article focuses on the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on parents and guardians working in the library profession in the U.S. Topics discussed include the challenges parents faced, such as lack of employer support, childcare issues, mental health and burnout, and the need for work flexibility and better support from library administrators to balance work and family responsibilities during and after the pandemic.
