| Abstract (English): | Digital maturity is a measure of how much an organization is ready for digital transformation. The digital maturity of educational institutions refers to the readiness of educational organizations to use their ICTs. The purpose of this study is to adapt Schools Digital Maturity Scale into Turkish. The scale originally developed in the European Union countries in order to determine the digital maturity levels in schools as a basic system. The original scale had 38 items with five-factor structure remained the same as in the new scale. The Cronbach's alpha (a) reliability coefficient in the five subscales were found between 0.89 and 0.94 which shows that the scale is reliable. In the adaptation process of the scale, 280 teachers participated in Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test. It can be said that it is important to adapt the scale into Turkish, since it will allow the comparison of the findings obtained in our country with the same scale with the research findings in different cultures. | Abstract (Turkish): | Dijital olgunluk bir kurumun dijital dönüşüme ne kadar hazır olduğunun ölçütüdür. Eğitim kurumlarının dijital olgunluğu ise eğitim örgütlerinin Bilgi İletişim Teknolojilerini (BİT) kullanmaya ilişkin hazır olma durumlarını ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı temel sistem olarak okulların dijital olgunluk düzeylerini belirlemek üzere, Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinde geliştirilen ve yaygın olarak kullanılan bir ölçme aracının Türkçeye uyarlanmasıdır. Ölçeğin orijinalindeki beş faktörlü yapı ve ölçekte yer alan 38 madde, uyarlanan yeni yapıda olduğu gibi kalmıştır. Ölçeğin beş alt boyutunda Cronbach Alfa (a) güvenirlik kat sayısı 0.89 ile 0.94 arasında çıkmıştır ve birbirine yakın değerler alması ölçeğin güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanması sürecinde Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) çalışmasına 280 öğretmen katılmıştır. Ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanmış şekliyle ülkemizde yapılacak araştırmalarla elde edilen bulguların, aynı ölçekle farklı kültürlerde yapılan/yapılacak olan araştırma bulgularıyla karşılaştırılabilmesine olanak sağlayacağından, ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanmasının önemli olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.
