Abstract (English): This research assessed employees' perceptions of their work environment in various organizations through a questionnaire that explored aspects such as training, peer support, guidance in the face of errors, and the importance attributed to the company. For the most part, employees experienced a positive work environment, with a strong emphasis on peer support and trust. However, a disturbing percentage reported negative or improvable work environments. In addition, employees were identified who did not attribute great importance to their companies and some who adopted neutral positions. The importance of promoting healthy work environments is highlighted and opportunities to improve communication and engagement in organizations are noted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): Esta investigación evaluó la percepción de los empleados acerca de su entorno laboral en diversas organizaciones a través de un cuestionario que exploró aspectos como la capacitación, el apoyo de compañeros, la orientación ante errores y la importancia atribuida a la empresa. En su mayoría, los empleados experimentaron un ambiente laboral positivo, con un fuerte énfasis en el apoyo y la confianza entre colegas; sin embargo, un porcentaje preocupante reportó ambientes de trabajo negativos o mejorables; además, se identificaron empleados que no atribuían gran importancia a sus empresas y algunos que adoptaron posiciones neutrales. Se destaca la importancia de promover ambientes laborales saludables y se señalan oportunidades para mejorar la comunicación y el compromiso en las organizaciones. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
