Abstract (English): This study delves into conciliation processes as an essential instrument in the resolution of labor disputes and into the legal and practical complexities of these mechanisms, highlighting their fundamental role in the preservation of labor rights and the promotion of a fair work environment. The investigation examines in detail both the Arbitration and Mediation Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. The comprehensive analysis seeks to offer a deep understanding of how the interaction between arbitration law and the Constitution contributes to the facilitation of labor conciliation, thus promoting fair and sustainable labor relations in the Ecuadorian context. Abstract (Spanish): El presente estudio profundiza en los procesos de conciliación como instrumento esencial en la resolución de disputas laborales y en las complejidades jurídicas y prácticas de estos mecanismos, destacando su papel fundamental en la preservación de los derechos laborales y la promoción de un entorno laboral justo. La investigación examina detalladamente tanto la Ley de Arbitraje y Mediación como la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. El análisis integral busca ofrecer una comprensión profunda de cómo la interacción entre la ley de arbitraje y la Constitución contribuye a la facilitación de la conciliación laboral, promoviendo así relaciones laborales justas y sostenibles en el contexto ecuatoriano.
