| Abstract (English): | The objective of the article is to address the conceptual references of the training of computer security specialists of the company Aguas de la Habana, Cuba. For this, an evaluative analysis of the relevant authors is carried out in relation to the training, which allowed the author to issue his criteria and establish his position in this regard. Computer security training is an essential component of the management of computer security specialists, as it allows them to get up to date on the current landscape of threats, vulnerabilities and weaknesses in computer systems and networks. Organizations also use computer security training to develop security policies based on estimated risks to ensure that the measures and procedures developed provide an adequate level of protection for all computer assets. | Abstract (Spanish): | El objetivo del artículo es abordar los referentes conceptuales de la capacitación de los especialistas de seguridad informática de la empresa Aguas de la Habana, Cuba. Para ello se realiza un análisis valorativo de los autores relevantes con relación a la capacitación lo que permitió al autor emitir sus criterios y establecer su posición al respecto. La capacitación de la seguridad informática es un componente esencial de la gestión de los especialistas de seguridad informática, ya que le permite ponerse al día sobre el panorama actual de las amenazas, vulnerabilidades y debilidades en los sistemas y redes informáticos. Las organizaciones también emplean la capacitación de seguridad informática en el desarrollo de políticas de seguridad a partir de los riesgos estimados y así asegurar que las medidas y procedimientos que se desarrollen proporcionen un adecuado nivel de protección para todos los activos informáticos.
