Abstract (English): The objective of this article was to demonstrate that the third-grade elementary school mobile application for mathematics, Matercergrado, enhanced collaborative problem-solving. The instructional design of the application followed the ADDIE methodology, and its creation employed the Mobile-D methodology. The research approach was mixed and descriptive, with a convenience sample of 18 participants from an elementary school in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico. These participants completed a Likert-type survey, validated using the Delphi method and Cronbach's Alpha, which evaluated usability, interface design, functionality, thematic content, and comprehension of exercises and components. The results indicated that students highly appreciated Matercergrado, and teachers validated its thematic content and explanatory procedures for teaching mathematics. In addition, students reported collaborative and union sentiments while solving problems and doing exercises. Overall, Matercergrado achieved excellent results during the study, showing the potential to enhance students' understanding and academic performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo demostrar que la aplicación móvil de tercer año de primaria para matemáticas, Matercergrado, mejoró el trabajo colaborativo en la resolución de problemas matemáticos. La metodología utilizada para el diseño instruccional de la aplicación fue ADDIE y para su creación, la metodología Mobile-D. El enfoque de la investigación fue mixto y de tipo descriptivo, con una muestra por conveniencia conformada por 18 participantes de una escuela primaria ubicada en el municipio de Nezahualcóyotl, Estado de México, a los cuales se les aplicó una encuesta tipo Likert que fue validada con el método Delphi y Alfa de Cronbach. Con la encuesta se evaluó la usabilidad de las interfaces, las funciones, el contenido temático y la comprensión de los ejercicios y componentes. Los resultados mostraron que los estudiantes disfrutaron Matercergrado y que las profesoras validaron los contenidos temáticos y los procedimientos explicativos en la enseñanza de las matemáticas. Al final, los alumnos tuvieron un sentimiento de compañerismo y unión al resolver problemas y ejercicios. En general, Matercergrado mostró excelentes resultados durante el estudio, lo que sugiere su potencial para mejorar la comprensión y el rendimiento académico de los alumnos. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
