| Abstract (English): | Article resulting from research on the contribution of the Ondas Program in the training of children, young people, graduates and research teachers of official educational institutions in the urban area of the municipality of Palmira (2014-2018); with mixed methodology, non-experimental descriptive, transversal and retrospective design, in a sample of students, teachers and graduates of I.E. urban public utilities in Palmira linked to the Ondas program between 2014-2018; updated information with evidence from recent years. A matrix of indicators and a semi-structured online form questionnaire are used as instruments. In findings, the Ondas program has positive results in the training of children, young people, graduates and research teachers, the longer the time of participation in the program, the greater the effect over time, improving academic level and preference for careers related to S&T. Concluding that the promotion of scientific vocations through the Ondas program demonstrates the achievement of its objectives. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | Artículo resultado de investigación sobre el aporte del Programa Ondas en la formación de niños, jóvenes, egresados y maestros investigadores de instituciones educativas oficiales de la zona urbana del municipio de Palmira (2014-2018); con metodología mixta, diseño no experimental descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, en muestra de estudiantes, docentes y egresados de I.E. públicas urbanas de Palmira vinculados al programa Ondas entre 2014-2018; información actualizada con evidencias de los últimos años. Como instrumentos se utilizan matriz de indicadores y cuestionario tipo formulario semiestructurado en línea. En hallazgos el programa Ondas incide con resultados positivos en la formación de niños, jóvenes, egresados y maestros investigadores, entre más tiempo de participación en el programa, mayor es el efecto en el tiempo, mejorando nivel académico y preferencia por carreras relacionadas con CyT, concluyendo que el fomento de vocaciones científicas a través del programa Ondas evidencia el logro de sus objetivos. | Abstract (Portuguese): | Artigo resultante de pesquisa sobre a contribuição do Programa Ondas na formação de crianças, jovens, egressos e professores pesquisadores de instituições oficiais de ensino da zona urbana do município de Palmira (2014-2018); com metodologia mista, descritivo não experimental, desenho transversal e retrospectivo, numa amostra de alunos, docentes e egressos do I.E. serviços públicos urbanos de Palmira vinculados ao programa Ondas entre 2014- 2018; informações atualizadas com evidências dos últimos anos. São utilizados como instrumentos uma matriz de indicadores e um questionário semiestruturado em formato online. Em constatações, o programa Ondas tem resultados positivos na formação de crianças, jovens, graduados e professores pesquisadores, quanto maior o tempo de participação no programa, maior será o efeito ao longo do tempo, melhorando o nível acadêmico e a preferência por carreiras relacionadas à C&T.
