Abstract: This study chronicles my long journey toward publication in reputable international journals, detailing the challenges encountered throughout the process of article preparation and publication. Using an autoethnography approach involving personal reflection, I aim to document my journey from selecting the research topic to providing a self-budget for publication. I seek to offer insights into the challenges, encompassing title formulation, participant recruitment, manuscript preparation, submission, revision, and article processing charge payment.
