Abstract: This study was conducted to come up with a program that aims to improve the efficiency of the monitoring and inventory of property and equipment of the Supply and Property Office. Specifically, it aimed to solve problems on system storage data, tracking number for property each equipment, monitoring and updating of the status of incoming and outgoing properties. Generation of reports such as for newly delivered equipment, inventory of property and equipment, for returned equipment, and unserviceable equipment are also given considerations in this study. This system focused only for monitoring and inventory of property and equipment of any offices. The study did not cover the inventory for school supplies or consumable materials as well as the procurement of the equipment and in conducting this study, the researchers used Rapid Application Development (RAD) Model. The researchers conducted an interview and a guide questionnaire to come up with the outline for developing the program that was appropriate to the inventory system of the Supply and Property Office of any of the institutions, offices or organizations. They personally interviewed the in-charge personnel regarding the inventory of property and equipment and other processes. The researchers used different software for their study, Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 as their programming language, Adobe Photoshop for designing of images used on the system and Microsoft Word 2007 for the documentation of the study, all through their laptop. The researchers concluded that the implementation of this proposed system, Monitoring and Inventory System of Property and Equipment would bring the institutions, office or organizations into a potential establishment. The personnel in-charge could easily monitor and update the issued property and equipment and generating accurate reports would be able to experience with them. Finally, it would make their management easy, consistent and reliable. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
