| Abstract (English): | This study aims to present and analyze the findings of a review of Brazilian research studies on the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) based on the experiences of students (residents). The methodology employed is bibliographic, with research conducted in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of CAPES, and Google Scholar, covering the period between 2018 and 2023. The focus is on the Pedagogical Residency Program and its contributions to teacher education. The analysis of the results reveals that Pedagogical Residency contributes in various aspects to teacher education, enhancing both theoretical and practical knowledge for teaching practice, fostering the construction of professional identity, and increasing marketability. | Abstract (Spanish): | Este trabajo tiene por objetivo presentar y analizar los resultados de una revisión de estudios brasileños de investigación sobre el Programa de Residencia Pedagógica (PRP), a partir de experiencias de alumnos residentes. La metodología de investigación es de cuño bibliográfico, realizada con datos obtenidos de la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD), el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de CAPES y el sitio web Google Académico, entre los años 2018 y 2023, concerniente al Programa de Residencia Pedagógica y sus contribuciones en la formación docente. Los análisis de los resultados revelan que la Residencia Pedagógica contribuyó en varios aspectos para la formación de profesores, ampliando el conocimiento teórico-práctico para el ejercicio docente, la construcción de su identidad profesional y la seguridad para desenvolverse en el mercado de trabajo. | Abstract (Portuguese): | Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar e analisar os resultados de uma revisão de estudos de pesquisas brasileiras sobre o Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP) a partir das experiências vivenciadas por alunos (residentes). A metodologia é do tipo Bibliográfica, com a pesquisa realizada na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES e no Google Acadêmico, entre os anos de 2018 e 2023, sobre o Programa Residência Pedagógica e suas contribuições para a formação docente. As análises dos resultados revelam que a Residência Pedagógica contribui em vários aspectos para a formação de professores, ampliando o conhecimento teórico e prático para o exercício docente, a construção de sua identidade profissional e de sua segurança para o mercado de trabalho.
