| Abstract (English): | The general purpose of this study is to describe reflections for pedagogical support for effective learning and comprehensive training, based on a qualitative study, with a descriptive design and a documentary review approach, taking documents such as the Educational Project of the Program and the Guidelines document. of the professional practice of the Bachelor's Program in Early Childhood Education, making use of instruments such as Specialized Analytical Summary (RAE), review matrix and information capture matrix, which allowed results and findings, related to the influence of neuro education and reflective teaching practice for the development of a series of pedagogical reflections for effective learning, oriented to the institution involved in the research. This research is linked to the research project titled “Basic guidelines for effective learning in pedagogical accompaniment processes” at the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, Bogotá within the Master's in Education program [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Spanish): | esumen El propósito general de este estudio es describir reflexiones para el acompañamiento pedagógico para el aprendizaje efectivo y la formación integral, a partir de un estudio cualitativo, con diseño descriptivo y enfoque de revisión documental, tomando documentos como el Proyecto Educativo del Programa P.E.P y el documento de Lineamientos de la práctica profesional del Programa de Licenciatura en Educación Infantil, haciendo uso de instrumentos como Resumen Analítico Especializado (RAE), matriz de revisión y matriz de captura de la información, que permitieron resultados y hallazgos, relacionados con la influencia de la neuro educación y la práctica reflexiva docente para la elaboración de una serie de reflexiones pedagógicas para el aprendizaje efectivo, orientada a la institución involucrada en la investigación.
