| Abstract: | This report outlines Oklahoma's P–12, career technology, and higher education funding for FY 2023–2024, focusing on key budgetary trends and policy reforms. It examines statewide funding priorities, modifications to state funding formulas, and nontraditional funding issues. Pressing concerns such as teacher shortages and changes to the Teacher Empowerment Program are highlighted. Additionally, the report explores alternatives to traditional public schools, including charter, private, and homeschooling options, as well as new tax credits for private tuition and homeschooling expenses.
