| Abstract: |
The current research endeavours to ascertain the influence of education technology on the performance of teachers working in schools located in the state of Jharkhand in India. Additionally, the effectiveness of teaching innovation as a mediator between education technology and teacher performance is investigated in this study. A structural equation modelling approach was utilised to investigate the influence that educational technology has on the performance of teachers. The current study collected data from 320 school teachers in Jharkhand. The results show a significant association between all aspects of education technology and teacher performance. In the case of mediation analysis, teaching innovation serves as a link between educational technology and teacher performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
