Abstract (English): This document presents an educational intervention aimed at strengthening the culture of transparency and accountability within the school environment, in alignment with the New Mexican School model. Through case analysis, collective reflection, and the development of commitments, practices of openness, access to information, and participatory evaluation were promoted. Follow-up activities helped identify areas for improvement and reinforced the teaching staff’s involvement in decision-making. The evaluation showed progress in understanding the duty to provide clear and timely information. It is concluded that these actions support a democratic school culture, although they require continuity and integration into teacher training and school planning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
