Abstract (English): The diplomatura en gestión de Unidades de negocios mediadas por TIC was designed with the purpose of strengthening the digital skills of the recipients to achieve the initiation or strengthening of entrepreneurial talent through the use of ICT tools. The article describes the development of the diploma managed by a public university to train in the creation of business units mediated by ICT. Methodologically, it was based on a quantitative approach and supported by case studies and agile practices. As a result, an agile methodology for project management was adapted, as a framework for the design and execution of the diploma. The systematization of the experience and the study of the learning results show the need to promote ICT-mediated training aimed at all citizens, especially those residing in other provincial geographical areas. Abstract (Spanish): La diplomatura en gestión de Unidades de negocios mediadas por TIC se diseñó con la finalidad de fortalecer las competencias digitales de los destinatarios para lograr el inicio o fortalecimiento del talento emprendedor a través de la utilización de herramientas TIC. El artículo describe el desarrollo de la diplomatura gestionada por una universidad pública para capacitar en la creación de unidades de negocio mediadas por TIC. En lo metodológico se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo y sustentado en el estudio de caso y prácticas ágiles. Como resultado se adaptó una metodología ágil para la gestión de proyectos, como marco de trabajo para el diseño y ejecución de la diplomatura. La sistematización de la experiencia y el estudio de los resultados de los aprendizajes, dan cuenta de la necesidad de propiciar formaciones mediadas por TIC dirigidas para todos los ciudadanos, especialmente aquellos residentes en otros espacios geográficos provinciales.
