| Abstract: | The article focuses on identifying characteristics associated with leisure moderate-vigorous intensity physical activity (MVPA) and low sedentary behavior (SB) patterns in young women after pregnancy. The study analyzed data from 4,457 participants, revealing that 33% exhibited an optimal pattern of active and low SB, while various demographic and behavioral factors influenced these patterns. Key findings indicated that older age, higher education, and better diet quality were linked to healthier MVPA-SB patterns, with significant odds ratios for those with graduate degrees and high diet quality. The research highlights the need for targeted health promotion efforts for specific subgroups of women post-pregnancy. [Extracted from the article] |
