Abstract: Digital literacy is an essential 21st-century skill for personal, educational, and professional success. Recognizing its critical role, we developed the Training Literacy Instructors to Integrate Digital Literacy Competencies Into Their Teaching program to empower educators to integrate digital literacy skills into their instructional practices. This initiative, conducted in Spring 2024, included a series of five interactive webinars covering foundational digital literacy knowledge, competency integration, workplace readiness, and assessment strategies. The program aimed to enhance instructors' digital literacy competencies, fostering their ability to prepare learners for the demands of the modern workforce. Participants from diverse fields and international contexts highlighted the relevance of the frameworks and rubrics presented during the webinars. Hands-on activities, practical applications, and workforce-oriented strategies garnered the highest engagement. Challenges such as scheduling conflicts were addressed through flexible delivery methods, including recorded sessions and online community platforms for continued collaboration. Key takeaways included the importance of structured frameworks, practical tools, and ongoing support for sustainable impact. Feedback emphasized that professional development programs must prioritize actionable strategies to improve instructional quality, empower instructors, and enhance learner outcomes. This program underscores the transformative potential of equipping educators with digital literacy skills, fostering lifelong learning and broader societal benefits. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
