Abstract (English): This study evaluated the impact of the systematic practice of football fundamentals on improving motor coordination in 9 to 10-year-old children, using a training program applied during Physical Education classes. The objective was to investigate how specific football-based exercises, such as jumping, turning, ball control, and movement, influenced the development of essential motor skills such as agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination. An experimental design with a quantitative and longitudinal approach was employed, applying the 3JS Motor Coordination Test before and after the intervention. The results showed significant improvements in all areas assessed, especially in jumping, turning, throwing, ball striking, and slalom ball control. In the posttest, children showed notable progress in coordinating their movements, with a marked increase in the "very good" and "excellent" levels in agility and precision tests. These findings demonstrate that practicing football fundamentals is effective in improving motor coordination and highlight the importance of integrating football into the school curriculum, not only to improve physical skills but also to promote the overall development of students.
