Abstract (English): A review is being conducted on the effect produced in physical science courses for the Upper Secondary Level (NMS) by implementing STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). The study was conducted within the framework of the 2021-2024 academic generation, from the initial and final Physics courses, corresponding to the Bivalent High School (BB) and General High School (BG), with a sample of 73 students aged between 16 and 18 years. The results show that, through the application of the STEAM Education methodology, with the implementation of virtual laboratories and the execution of practical (experimental) experiences for the Exact and Natural Sciences courses at NMS, there is a notable improvement in students' critical thinking performance. The data presented in this research have sparked interest in configuring learning situations with each teacher from different disciplines, leading to collaborations for interdisciplinary projects.
