| Abstract: | The current study examines the impact of E-Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on Hotel Management graduates and faculties and highlights the challenges, opportunities, and levels of satisfaction. The study has also attempted to highlight the new teaching pedagogy and the changes that were adopted by the faculties to deliver E-Content and online teaching and learning experiences to the students. A qualitative research approach was used for the current study by taking two Hotel Management institutes and hospitality skill training centres as a case study located in Maharashtra, India. The findings of the research are highly useful and present in-depth and real challenges related to E-Learning during and post-COVID-19. Arguably, this is a unique kind of study, as there has been no previous research done specifically aiming at the faculties and the graduates of the Hotel Management institution. The findings will help the faculties, hospitality trainers, and students to benefit from the E-Learning platforms. The findings will also help the faculties to plan and design the new teaching pedagogy to deliver effective classroom learning experiences to the students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
