| Abstract (English): | The present research aims to systematically document an innovative educational experience in the field of learning assessment, particularly in the design of graduation assessment. There is virtually no evidence of this in Mexico, except for the work carried out by the National Center for Higher Education Assessment. Using an ad hoc methodological process based on a comprehensive approach, 10 undergraduate graduation tests were designed at a Mexican university. The results demonstrate the feasibility of developing instruments of this nature using a novel methodology that can be replicated, positioning the comprehensive approach to assessment and institutional leadership as a foundation for assessment initiatives characterized by their theoretical, methodological, and technical quality, as well as their relevance to institutional needs. | Abstract (Spanish): | La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de documentar la sistematización de una experiencia de innovación educativa en el campo de la evaluación de los aprendizajes, particularmente en el diseño de evaluaciones de egreso; la evidencia en México al respecto es prácticamente nula, salvo lo realizado por el Centro Nacional de Evaluación para la Educación Superior. Bajo un proceso metodológico ad hoc basado en el enfoque comprensivo, se diseñaron 10 pruebas de egreso de licenciatura en una universidad mexicana. Los resultados muestran la factibilidad de desarrollar instrumentos de esta naturaleza con una metodología inédita susceptible de replicar, posicionando al enfoque comprensivo de la evaluación y al liderazgo institucional como premisas de iniciativas evaluativas caracterizadas por su calidad teórica, metodológica y técnica, además de su pertinencia con las necesidades institucionales.
