Abstract (English): This project analyzed the impact of poor eating habits on the nutritional development of children aged 24 to 36 months. The general objective was to analyze this impact during this crucial stage of childhood. To achieve this goal, the following specific objectives were established: to identify the main poor eating habits in children aged 24 to 36 months; to evaluate common nutritional deficiencies in this developmental stage; and to develop strategies and recommendations to improve children's eating habits. To this end, an educational toolkit was implemented that included dietary guides, teaching materials, informational brochures, and audiovisual resources aimed at parents and caregivers to promote healthy eating habits. The results showed excessive consumption of processed foods and insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, as well as deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals. The educational intervention proved effective in improving eating habits and, consequently, the nutritional development of children. It is recommended to continue these actions and strengthen collaboration among professionals and families to promote adequate nutrition in early childhood. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
