Abstract (English): This paper offers a strategic reflection on building a purposeful professional trajectory in times when choosing is no longer enough. The motivation arises from the need to transcend educational routine and foster a conscious formative experience. It aims to support students and professionals in shaping a career path that aligns identity, purpose, and vocational strategy. The methodology integrates theoretical foundations, strategic and practical resources, experiential references, vocational diagnostic frameworks, and a visual guide to the process, led by the narrative figures Anita and Juanito. Each section explores keyphases of the journey from the seed of purpose planted in childhood to the fruit of a professional choice rooted in meaning and direction. The findings suggest that uncertainty can be read as strategic orientation and that professional autonomy can be strengthened. The conclusions build a bridge between learning, choosing, and teaching as acts connected by purpose, while Anita and Juanito remind us that every purposeful decision begins with a question that reveals a direction. Abstract (Spanish): El presente escrito propone una reflexión estratégica sobre la construcción de una trayectoria profesional con propósito, en tiempos donde elegir ya no basta. La motivación nace ante la necesidad de superar la rutina educativa y promover una experiencia formativa consciente. El objetivo es acompañar a estudiantes y profesionales en la construcción de una trayectoria profesional que conecte identidad, propósito y estrategia vocacional. La metodología combina fundamentos teóricos, recursos estratégicos y prácticos, referencias vivenciales, esquemas de diagnóstico vocacional y una guía visual del proceso, protagonizada por Anita y Juanito. Cada apartado recorre las fases más importantes del trayecto, desde la semilla del propósito sembrada en la infancia hasta el fruto de una elección profesional con raíz y dirección. Los resultados indican que es viable leer la incertidumbre como una orientación estratégica y fortalecer la autonomía profesional. Las conclusiones trazan un puente entre aprender, elegir y enseñar como actos conectados por el propósito, mientras Anita y Juanito recuerdan que toda decisión con propósito nace de una pregunta que revela una dirección. Abstract (Portuguese): Este artigo propõe uma reflexão estratégica sobre a construção de uma trajetória profissional com propósito em tempos nos quais a simples escolha já não basta. A motivação surge da necessidade de superar a rotina educacional e promover uma experiência de aprendizagem consciente. O objetivo é apoiar estudantes e profissionais na construção de uma trajetória profissional que conecte identidade, propósito e estratégia vocacional. A metodologia combina fundamentos teóricos, recursos estratégicos e práticos, referências experienciais, quadros de diagnóstico vocacional e um guia visual do processo, com a participação de Anita e Juanito. Cada seção aborda as fases mais importantes da jornada, desde a semente do propósito plantada na infância até o fruto de uma escolha de carreira com raízes e direção. Os resultados indicam que é possível encarar a incerteza como uma orientação estratégica e fortalecer a autonomia profissional. As conclusões estabelecem uma ponte entre aprender, escolher e ensinar como atos conectados por um propósito, enquanto Anita e Juanito nos lembram que toda decisão com propósito se origina de uma pergunta que revela uma direção.
