Abstract:	This report outlines the progress and outcomes of the Complex Connections working group, an overarching purpose of which is to reimagine units construction and coordination through collaboration at PMENA. The working group first met in 2018, and 2024 was the seventh meeting of this group. Over time, some of the accomplishments of the working group include the generation of a website, collaboration on analysis of research data and ideas, and most recently, the publication of a journal special issue focused on Units Construction and Coordination across the PK-20 curriculum, which had contributions from and was edited by members of the working group. Although the focus of the group adjusts each year as our leaders, participants, and the field evolve, our goal remains the same--to reimagine the units construction and coordination through collaboration in order to educate for change.
