Abstract (English): This study examines the relationship between teachers' technostress levels and job performance based on their perceptions. Conducted using a correlational survey model, the study employed a convenience sampling method to collect data from 300 teachers working in public schools in the Pamukkale and Merkezefendi districts of Denizli during the 2024-2025 academic year. Data analysis was performed using the Jamovi statistical software, and parametric tests were applied due to the normal distribution of the data. In this context, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation, and regression analyses were utilized. To determine teachers' technostress levels, the "Technostress Scale for Teachers" developed by Çoklar et al. (2017) was used, while the "Job Performance Scale" created by Çalışkan and Köroğlu (2022) was employed to assess job performance. The findings indicated that teachers' technostress levels were at a moderate level both overall and across subdimensions. In terms of job performance, general performance and task performance were found to be very high, while contextual performance was at a high level. According to the study results, a negative and moderately significant relationship was identified between teachers' technostress levels and job performance. Additionally, it was determined that technostress levels explained 11.4% of the variance in job performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Turkish): Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin algılarına dayalı olarak teknostres düzeyleri ile iş performansları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektedir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
