Abstract: The article discusses the introduction of "Simulated Anatomy Ward Rounds" as a formative assessment tool for medical students, aimed at bridging the gap between anatomical knowledge and its application in clinical settings. Traditional assessments, such as multiple-choice questions, often fail to evaluate integrated clinical reasoning, leading to a preparedness gap among students. The new approach involved small groups analyzing clinical case vignettes while engaging with anatomical resources, which significantly improved students' confidence and understanding of anatomy in a clinical context. Feedback indicated that 86% of students felt better prepared for real ward rounds, highlighting the effectiveness of collaborative learning and hands-on experience in medical education.
