Abstract (English): This paper deals with the continuing education of teachers who work in the Municipal Public Education Networks of the State of Paraná. It has as its aim to characterize the Educa Juntos Program. This analysis highlights the private agents involved in the Program and some implications for the continuing education of teachers. The functioning of the Educa Juntos Program is detailed through materials and evaluations, highlighting the great influence of private agents in the Program. Data and information available on websites of SEED-PR, Educa Juntos Program and other private agents were used, with theoretical contribution by Gramsci and studies in the area. Educa Juntos Program was created with the aim of improving rates in external and internal evaluations, and in this process of developing the Program, intensification of the participation of private agents in municipal public education is observed through planning of ongoing teacher education and teaching materials and evaluations. Abstract (Spanish): Este artículo aborda la formación continua de docentes que actúan en Redes Municipales de Educación Pública del Estado de Paraná. Su objetivo es caracterizar el Programa Educa Juntos. Este análisis destaca agentes privados involucrados en el Programa y algunas implicaciones para formación continua de docentes. Se detalla el funcionamiento del Programa a través de materiales y evaluaciones, destacando la gran influencia de los agentes privados. Se utilizaron datos e información disponibles en los sitios web de SEED-PR, Programa Educa Juntos y otros agentes privados, con apoyo teórico Gramsciano y estudios en el área. El Programa Educa Juntos fue creado con el argumento de mejorar índices en evaluaciones externas e internas, y en ese proceso de desarrollo del Programa, podemos observar la intensificación de la participación de agentes privados en la educación pública municipal, a través de la planificación de la formación continua de profesores, así como materiales didácticos y evaluaciones. Possui como objetivo caracterizar o Programa Educa Juntos. Essa análise destaca os agentes privados envolvidos no Programa e algumas implicações para a formação continuada de professores. O funcionamento do Programa Educa Juntos é detalhado via materiais e avaliações, com destaque para a grande influência dos agentes privados no Programa. Dados e informações disponíveis nos sites da SEED-PR, Programa Educa Juntos e demais agentes privados foram utilizados, com o aporte teórico gramsciano e de estudos da área.
