| Abstract (English): | The article focuses on critical literacy in the digital age and its importance in teacher training. It presents research that analyzes how new teaching and learning practices in reading and writing are influenced by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) and the need to develop critical skills in contexts of misinformation. The studies reveal gaps in teacher training and the implementation of critical literacy in the Chilean educational curriculum, as well as the influence of the school context on adolescents' reading habits.
