Abstract: This study reframes AI service quality in digital banking as a driver of ethical and relational brand outcomes. Using a six-dimensional lens and data from 264 Indian banking consumers, it shows that AI quality enhances perceived brand ethicality and respect, with respect driving advocacy, strengthened by consumer technological readiness.
