Abstract: The article focuses on how a large suburban high school in Georgia used a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), career and technical education (CTE) mentorship, and community collaboration to improve on-time graduation rates and postsecondary readiness during the 2024–25 school year. By identifying seniors off-track for graduation and providing targeted small-group interventions, credit recovery, and career planning, the school increased its graduation rate from 73% to 94.7%. Postsecondary readiness was defined as completing required courses aligned with future goals, including proficiency in literacy and numeracy. The article recommends early identification of at-risk students, integrated academic and career supports, community partnerships, and professional development focused on equity and culturally responsive teaching to replicate such success.
