| Abstract: | Serving as a college student leader is one of the hallmark experiences when attending higher education institutions. This narrative study examines how eight Latino men college students discovered they could become leaders and how they intentionally designed their experiences to deliver leadership in college, at home, and in the community. The findings from this research contribute to the understanding of how Latino men college students learn, develop, and apply leadership and reveal how Appreciative Education serves as a viable framework to examine the leadership development of college students, specifically Latino male college students.
