Abstract:	This article reviews Fierce, Fabulous and Fluid: How Trans High School Students Work at Gender Nonconformity by L. J. Slovin, which examines the experiences of trans and gender nonconforming youth in a British Columbia high school. Slovin’s ethnographic study highlights how these young people resist restrictive school policies and societal norms by creating supportive spaces and asserting their gender identities beyond conventional frameworks.
