Abstract: The article provides information on how to become an effective clinical teachers in Great Britain. A learner-centered approach simply means that clinical teachers need to be working to address students’ learning goals, rather than what they want to teach or think may be best for students. According to the author that junior doctors are often the most effective clinical teachers because it was not long ago that they were students themselves, so as a senior utilize this resource and delegate.
