Abstract: The article discusses the Cangleska Student Success initiative (CSSI) launched by the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC) with support from the Gates Foundation to promote American Indian higher education transformation. Topics explored include the goal to strengthen capacity and technical infrastructure of tribal colleges and universities (TCU), the alignment of CSSI with the Higher Endeavor goals of the Gates Foundation, and development of a technical assistance model.
