Abstract: This article provides the state of P–12 and higher education funding in Michigan for fiscal year 2025. It describes current trends in statewide funding priorities, changes or modifications to the state funding formula, funding issues in the state, and critical issues in education finance in the state (such as youth mental health and school safety).
