Abstract: This report examines Florida's education funding priorities, formula revisions, and major initiatives for fiscal year 2025–2026. Despite the record investment of $15.9 billion in K–12 education, Florida continues to face challenges with teacher retention, per pupil funding rankings, and the increasing impact of universal voucher programs on public school resources.
