| Abstract: | This report examines Oklahoma's fiscal year 2025 education funding priorities, policy changes, and emerging challenges across P–12 and higher education systems. The analysis covers budget allocations of $5.6 billion for education agencies, representing 46% of the state's total budget, along with major policy reforms affecting funding formulas, teacher pay, and school choice initiatives. Key findings indicate increased investment in public education despite ongoing concerns about funding adequacy due to inflation and enrollment growth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
