Abstract (English): The objective of the study was to analyze the three editions of the development of subprojects of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) at the Federal University of Alfenas, focusing on the education aspect of students and the education professor who advisor the Licentiate Degree in Mathematics. To this end, an analysis of the professor educator's actions and notes was carried out, based on the assumptions of the Model of Semantic Fields, in particular plausible reading. Each edition of the PRP contributed to the education of the teacher education by enabling deep immersion in schools, bringing them closer to professional practice and also to the advisor who made changes to the subprojects in light of previous experiences, constantly (re)thinking the orientation process. Abstract (Spanish): El objetivo del estudio fue analizar las tres ediciones del desarrollo de subproyectos del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica (PRP) de la Universidad Federal de Alfenas, con énfasis en la formación de los estudiantes y del profesor asesor de la carrera de Matemáticas. Para ello, se realizó un análisis de las acciones y notas del formador, con base en los supuestos del Modelo de Campos Semánticos, en particular, la lectura plausible. Cada edición del PRP contribuyó a la formación de los estudiantes de pregrado al permitir una inmersión profunda en las escuelas, acercándolos a la práctica profesional, y también al asesor, quien realizó modificaciones a cada subproyecto considerando experiencias previas, repensando constantemente el proceso de orientación. Abstract (Portuguese): O objetivo do estudo foi analisar as três edições do desenvolvimento de subprojetos do Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP) da Universidade Federal de Alfenas, focando no aspecto formativo de alunos e da professora formadora orientadora do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática. Para isso, foi realizada uma análise das ações e anotações da formadora, com base nos pressupostos do Modelo dos Campos Semânticos, em particular leitura plausível. Cada edição do PRP contribuiu para a formação dos(as) licenciandos(as) por possibilitar imersão profunda em escolas, aproximando-os(as) da prática profissional e, também, da orientadora que realizava modificações nos subprojetos tendo em vista as experiências anteriores, (re)pensando constantemente o processo de orientação.
