Abstract (English): The article investigates the transformations of guidance in light of its growing centrality in educational policies and the persistent gap between theoretical elaboration and widespread practices. Building on the distinction between adaptive and formative paradigms, the analysis explores the potential of experience-based practices, examining their conditions and limits. The discussion of selected empirical cases highlights the possible evolution of the formative paradigm in an experiential direction, grounded in the collaboration among multiple actors, the implementation of activities in real contexts, and the need for adequate pedagogical mediation to ensure their quality.
