| Abstract: | This study identified key elearning attributes that enhance the success of preservice teachers learning in an online setting. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were gathered from 438 preservice teachers enrolled in various teacher education programs among state universities and colleges (SUCs) in Region 7, the Philippines. The results reveal that preservice teachers perceived technological affordances, econtent, e-class interaction, e-social interaction, and e-support to be critical factors for successful online learning. The results show very high success levels in these areas for preservice teachers, with a particular emphasis on technology use, flexible access to materials, and a supportive environment provided by teachers. However, the study also highlights gaps in online synchronous learning experiences and the need for more engaging and interactive online platforms. Thus, institutions should focus on providing an immersive and interactive learning environment for students while also focusing on the emotional and social dimensions of their elearning to ensure greater success for them.
