| Abstract: |
The article reflects on the letter grade achievement in pass-fail courses. It aims to evaluate the letter grade achieved by the Brandeis University students taking courses on a pass-fail basis. It also examines some information on the decisions students made relative to which courses should apply pass-fail and some events concerning the pass-fail system at Braindeis and other universities. It reports that the rapid development in the number of colleges establishing pass-fail in recent years has resulted in certain variations in the school systems. |
