| Abstract: | The article offers an instruction on springing exercises as a reference or outline to be used throughout the year. It discusses the apparatus to be used such as the four spring-boards and four mats and its correct positioning. It also offers a step by step instruction on the preliminary exercises before the board-springing exercises and the actual development of the exercise. Each exercises are practiced before proceeding to the next in order. It includes the Home Economics courses I and II for pedagogic students. |
