The article reports on the move by Dusko Dragojlovic, engineering director of Northrop Grumman, as he reconstructed the recruitment, retention and development of talent for the company's development in the U.S. As evidence of his initiative, it was revealed through the company's survey that 100 percent of the director-level respondents "view the human capital skills issue as a critical management issue for the company." In connection, the company had offered knowledge-intensive work that attracts scientists, engineers, computer scientists and skilled production employees seeking opportunities to contribute to national security efforts.
