| Abstract: | The article provides information on several publisher collections. Springerlink was among the first to make its journal collection available in digital format to subscribers. It successfully implemented the Verity software for this purpose. Blackwell Synergy barely finished the redesign of its digital collection of 1 million items from nearly 900 journals. Among the print journals, and in its digital collection, life sciences and physical sciences dominate the subject areas. In Wiley Interscience, the deficiencies in its collection is not limited to the American Society for Information Science and Technology Digital Library. |
