Abstract: The article focuses on the determination of non-right angled geometric and arithmetric triangles. It states that geometric and arithmetric triangles belongs to a group of Heron triangles which present rational sides and area. The author provides a discussion on how the triangles are achieved by considering several theorems and proofs. It states that both triangles are formed with areas comprising rational numbers with rationals containing integers. However, the author suggests that further studies on the rational triangles should be considered which will help enhance the understanding of students.
