The article reports that Satellite Communications for Learning Associated (SCOLA) and Confucius Institute organized a partnership in order to make SCOLA the first broadcasting network to feature the educational content of the institute. It states that the partnership evolved from the long standing relationship of SCOLA with Chinese Yellow River Television. It notes that the partnership aims to develop the online instructional programming and learning applications of Chinese language and culture. |
