Abstract: The article focuses on the Welcome to the Library, an online multilingual video streaming series of Multnomah County Library (MCL) in Oregon with Chinese, Vietnamese and Russian versions. Its eight chapters are focused on useful information like library card acquisition and library computer usage which are also available on YouTube and DVD sets. The Institute of Museum and Library Services supported its creation by the Library Services and Technology Act administered by the Oregon State Library.
